This website is provided by Gunnison County Chamber of Commerce ("GCCC") and is maintained by Hill & Company (jointly with GCCC, the "Providers"). This website serves as a service to distribute information to promote GCCC.
The Providers reserve the right to update the Privacy Policy (the "Policy") at any time. Updates will be posted here and effective upon posting. You agree to check for updates to the Policy regularly.
This website ("the Site") is provided "as is" and with all faults. The Providers make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The Providers are committed to protecting your privacy. The Providers will not collect any personal information from you that you do not volunteer. GCCC is the sole owner of all information collected on this site. The Providers will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in any way that has not been mentioned in the Policy.
Obtaining Your Consent
By using the Site, you give the Providers permission to collect information about the pages served to you as an anonymous user for the purpose of calculating aggregate site statistics and to enhance the relevancy of the Site. If you register at the Site, you authorize the Providers to use information you provide to personalize the information we deliver to you and to use your demographic information when calculating aggregate customer data.
E-mail addresses and other personally identifying data about each user is known to the Providers only when voluntarily submitted or emailed by a user.
