    The Art of Relaxation Thursdays, June 22 – July 13. 6:00 – 7:30 pm. The Art of Relaxation is a specialized art where students are guided to relax the body, part by part, systematically. The class structure will include a mindful activity (art, yoga, or writing) and a guided meditation. Highly beneficial for combating stress, the Art of Relaxation is an excellent way to achieve deep physical and mental relaxation and experience increased calmness, happiness, and creativity.
