For more than 23 years the Palisades Restaurant and Saloon has been a fixture in the Gunnison valley, providing great, affordable meals and service to locals and visitors alike. Owner Scott Frazier invites you to enjoy a wide selection of American cuisine in the wonderful atmosphere of the west. Come grab a peaceful lunch on our Sundown Deck, an adult beverage at our full bar, or enjoy a quiet dinner in our dining room.
