Your Instructors

My path into leadership and organizational work has evolved through decades of work in experiential education, psychotherapy, facilitation, community engagement, and organizational development. Although the settings have changed, the questions that have guided me have remained remarkably consistent: What helps people work well together? What gets in the way? And how do we navigate conflict, change, and uncertainty without losing connection to ourselves, one another, or our shared purpose?

Today, I bring that experience to my work with leaders and teams. When teams become stuck, divided, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their purpose, I help create the conditions for clarity, connection, and forward movement. I help people understand what is happening beneath the surface, strengthen trust and psychological safety, navigate difficult conversations, and build the alignment needed to move important work forward.

My approach combines a deep understanding of human behavior, relationships, and group dynamics with practical strategies that help people navigate complexity, strengthen connection, and create meaningful change. Whether working with individuals, teams, or organizations, my focus is helping people work more effectively together in service of a shared mission and greater impact.

My approach combines a deep understanding of human behavior, relationships, and group dynamics with practical strategies that help people navigate complexity, strengthen connection, and create meaningful change. Soul-Centered Leadership sits at the intersection of inner work, relational dynamics, and organizational impact.

LPC-Leadership Coach & Facilitator Helping Leaders Navigate Conflict, Strengthen Teams, and Build Cultures of Trust.

I care about your ability to better express meaning and purpose in your life. When more of the same is no longer an option, my services as a coach bring confidence, intention, and urgency to your hopes for personal growth. I help you create commitment to the changes that will better take care of the things that matter most to you. I am a Newfield Certified Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation. My clients are leaders in the private sector, federal agencies, non-profit organizations, and members of leadership development programs.

As a leadership educator, I teach for exceptional organizational outcomes. I help my clients understand the leadership practices that define and animate a team in its desire to perform. I emphasize cultural development as a leadership function, how teams rise in their ability to collaborate, innovate, and persist when they feel safe taking risks together. While my work is based on the scholarship of contemporary theorists, I use experiential methods to make learning fun and engaged. My clients learn by feeling the uncertainty and frustration of being stuck in assumptions that don't work, exploring curiosity and "not knowing" as part of the creative process, and allowing intuition to lead to innovation.

With an exclusive commitment to leadership education and organizational development since 1998, my clients include business, public, military, non-profit, and postgraduate organizations. I also work in Latin America and have presented seminars, workshops, and multi-day courses in Spanish, offering insights for how adaptive leadership may be understood and taught using experiential methods.

When I'm not working, I am a guerilla gardener, avid skier, and outdoor enthusiast. My partner and I live and work from a tiny, bike friendly mountain town in Western Colorado, with neighbors, home-grown living, and sustainability as the daily drumbeat of our lives.

Specialties: Ontological coaching, Positive Intelligence (PQ), Leadership Circle Profile, facilitation for culture development and organizational chartering, education for adaptive leadership, and experiential methods for learning.
